Refund policy

Due to the nature of my  products I cannot offer refunds on products you don't like the smell of, the feel of, broken bath bombs and broken soap are like broken crayons they will still work . However, if you have a problem or issue with a product please contact me  as soon as possible, I want happy returning customers because without you I wouldn't be doing what I love    I want you to be 100% satisfied with my  products, so if you do receive a parcel with broken soap , broken bath bombs or broken packaging please let me know and upon my discretion I will replace that item. If at anytime  you are not happy with a , A Soap Cellar Bath product please contact me asap so we can work together to rectify the problem.  If you are happy please feel free to share the love and do a review on Facebook and of course my website ( you get 50 free points if you do a review on my website)
